James cleaned my roof of moss without pressure washing, to a like new condition. Great clean up afterward. In addition, they pressure washed my 300 feet of sidewalk that was covered with moss. Big job done well. I highly recommend them.
I have been working with James Penland at Arrowhead Roof Cleaning & Exteriors for about 6 months. My home is nestled amongst the lovely Northwest Pacific Fir trees, and while they are lovely to look at, they can create havoc for your roof! James has cleaned my gutters several times, has pressure washed my driveway, curbs and a mildewed gutter, and has now installed foam gutter inserts!

Eight years ago we had expensive and beautiful metal roofs installed on our home, a large shed, and a workshop. Unfortunately, for the roofs, all are under towering trees. Fast forward 8 years, we are now selling the house. Normally a metal roof is a positive selling point, however, not if it is covered in layer after layer of tree gunk and gummy pollen.
We quickly found cleaning a metal roof is not cheap. A lot of that has to do with how dangerous it is – wet and dirty metal is very slippery. Not many roof cleaning companies will do it. Enter James and Arrowhead Roof Cleaning.
James didn’t hesitate to take the job. He and Tyler spent 6 hours perched on the roofs and left them looking like the day they were installed! They then followed up and cleaned up every bit of debris on the ground that came off the roof. The result is worth every penny.
If his terrific work wasn’t enough, James himself is amazing. He is friendly, professional, and punctual. And, he communicates. He called me 30 minutes before he was scheduled to come out to clean the roofs apologizing that he was going to be about 15 minutes late. Then, he showed up 5 minutes early!
James deserves every bit of success that comes his way. He applies himself to what is most important in business – he cares deeply about both his work and his customers.
